Description

ELORA 3451S7 BIT-BOX 1/4″, which is made in Germany. It contains various bits and a magnetic bit holder. The magnetic bit holder is the ELORA-No. 4150-50, designed with a male hexagonal drive according to DIN 3126 E 6.3.

The bits included in the set are made of ELORA-Chrome-Molybdenum-Vanadium 73MoV5-2 / 1.2381. There are eight bits in total, all featuring a male hexagon drive according to DIN 3126 C 6.3. Here is the breakdown of the included bits:

– Plain slotted Screwdriver Bit: 1 piece each of 4.5×0.6 mm and 6.5×1.2 mm.
– Philips Screwdriver Bit: 1 piece each of PH1 and 2 pieces of PH2.
– Pozidriv Screwdriver Bit: 1 piece of PZ1 and 2 pieces of PZ2.

If you wish, you have the option to combine this bit set with the hand bit holder 1/4″ ELORA 3415. This hand bit holder provides an alternative way to use the bits included in the set.

To use the ELORA 3451-S9 bit box, follow these steps:

  1. Open the black plastic box with the transparent cover to access the bits and the magnetic bit holder.
  2. Identify the screwdriver bit that matches the type and size of the screw you want to work with. The bit set includes a variety of slotted, Philips, and Pozidriv screwdriver bits of different sizes.
  3. Insert the chosen screwdriver bit into the magnetic bit holder. The magnetic feature helps to hold the bit securely in place.
  4. Attach the magnetic bit holder, with the inserted bit, to a compatible tool with a 1/4″ hexagonal drive. Ensure that the tool has a male hexagonal drive according to DIN 3126 E 6.3.
  5. Align the bit with the screw head and apply gentle pressure to ensure a proper fit.
  6. Rotate the tool in the desired direction (clockwise for tightening and counterclockwise for loosening) while maintaining pressure on the bit.
  7. Continue rotating until the screw is fully tightened or loosened, depending on your objective.
  8. If you need to switch to a different screwdriver bit, remove the magnetic bit holder from the tool, release the current bit, and insert the new bit into the bit holder. Then reattach the magnetic bit holder to the tool.

Remember to use the appropriate size and type of screwdriver bit for each specific task to ensure proper engagement with the screw and to avoid damaging the screw or bit.
